V Rising Coming to PlayStation 5 on June 11
Stunlock Studios has announced that the survival action RPG, V Rising, will be released for PlayStation 5 on June 11, 2024. The game, which involves players awakening as vampires to conquer a world filled with dark fantasy elements, will be available for $39.99. Pre-orders are currently open on the PlayStation Store, with a 10% discount available for PS Plus subscribers.
V Rising will be offered in several editions, including the $59.99 "Legacy of Castlevania" Edition and the $99.99 Complete Edition. The Complete Edition includes the base game, Legacy of Castlevania Premium Pack, Sinister Evolution Pack, Dracula’s Relics Pack, and Eldest Bloodline Pack. The game features solo, cooperative, and persistent online multiplayer modes, with players engaging in real-time PvE and PvP battles.
The PS5 version will feature enhancements tailored for the console, such as UI improvements and DualSense controller support. However, it will not support crossplay with the PC version. The game's early access on PC was released in May 2022, quickly gaining popularity and selling two million copies within a month.
