Three Dead, Multiple Injured in Morris County Head-On Crash

A head-on collision in Morris County, Kansas, resulted in three fatalities and multiple serious injuries on Saturday afternoon. The accident occurred near P Avenue and Kelso Road shortly before 4 p.m. One vehicle involved had two occupants who were transported to Morris County Hospital with serious injuries. The other vehicle had five occupants; three of them were pronounced dead at the scene, while the remaining two were taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.

The Kansas Highway Patrol is conducting an investigation into the cause of the crash. Emergency services, including police, fire departments, and first responders, were dispatched to the scene. Kelso Road was temporarily closed during the investigation but has since been reopened to the public.
