Infinix has introduced the GT 20 Pro, a gaming-centric smartphone designed to cater to the needs of budget-conscious gamers. The device boasts a 6.78-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate, 1300 nits peak brightness, and DCI-P3 color gamut, aimed at delivering an immersive gaming and content consumption experience. The smartphone is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 8200 Ultimate processor, complemented by a Pixelworks X5 Turbo gaming display chip that can enhance frame rates in certain games to as much as 120FPS.

The GT 20 Pro comes equipped with a 108-megapixel primary camera featuring optical image stabilization (OIS), along with two 2-megapixel auxiliary cameras, and a 32-megapixel front camera for selfies and video calls. The phone offers 8GB or 12GB of LPDDR5x RAM, 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage, and supports expandable memory via a dedicated microSD slot. Additionally, the device houses a 5,000mAh battery with 45W fast charging capability, ensuring prolonged gaming sessions.

Infinix promises that the GT 20 Pro will receive two major Android OS upgrades and three years of security patch updates. The GT 20 Pro features an in-display fingerprint scanner and stereo speakers with JBL sound for an enhanced audio experience. The device is currently available in Saudi Arabia, with a launch expected in India soon. It is offered in three colors—Mecha Orange, Mecha Blue, and Mecha Silver—and retails starting from 1299 Saudi riyals, roughly equivalent to $350.
