Vivo Y38 5G Launches with Robust Battery and Snapdragon 4 Gen 2

Vivo has expanded its Y-series with the introduction of the Y38 5G smartphone, featuring a 6.68-inch 720p LCD display with a high 120Hz refresh rate and peak brightness of 1,000 nits. The device is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 processor, coupled with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage, which can be expanded via a microSD card slot.

The smartphone boasts a dual-camera setup on the rear, consisting of a 50MP main sensor and a 2MP depth sensor, complemented by a ring light LED. An 8MP camera is available for selfies. Designed to be durable, the Y38 5G comes with an IP64 rating for dust and water resistance.

A key feature of the Y38 5G is its substantial 6,000mAh battery, which supports 44W fast charging to minimize downtime. The phone has been launched in Taiwan and is expected to be available in Malaysia soon, as it has already received certification from SIRIM. While the device has been listed online and detailed on Vivo's website, the company has not yet released pricing information for the smartphone, which is offered in blue and green color options.
