Two Killed, Nine Injured in Separate Road Accidents in Jammu and Doda

Two separate road accidents in the Jammu and Doda districts of Jammu & Kashmir have resulted in two fatalities and nine injuries. In the first incident, an 18-year-old student, Surbhi Kumari, was killed when a minibus collided with a car near Kunjwani in Jammu. The collision caused the minibus to overturn, injuring eight others, including six girls who were on their way to school. The injured, identified as Saina, Goutam Sharma, Akesh Mohan, and Muskan Sharma, were taken to a nearby hospital for treatment.

In the second incident, a car plunged into a gorge near Malhori village in the Doda district, resulting in the death of 36-year-old Mumtaza Begum. Her husband, Mohsin Ahmad, who was traveling with her, sustained injuries and is reported to be in serious condition. The couple was returning home from Jammu to Kishtwar when the accident occurred. Authorities are investigating the causes of both accidents.
