Tom Sandoval Sues Ariana Madix for Unauthorized Access to Explicit Rachel Leviss Videos

Tom Sandoval, a star of the reality TV show Vanderpump Rules, has filed a lawsuit against his ex-girlfriend Ariana Madix, alleging that she accessed explicit videos of Rachel "Raquel" Leviss on his cell phone without authorization. According to the lawsuit, Madix obtained access to Sandoval's phone on March 1, 2023, and reviewed videos of Sandoval and Leviss without his permission. This legal action follows a separate lawsuit filed by Leviss against both Sandoval and Madix, accusing them of eavesdropping, revenge porn, and invasion of privacy.

The nearly nine-year relationship between Sandoval and Madix ended following the discovery of the explicit videos, which reportedly revealed Sandoval's affair with Leviss during the season 9 finale of Vanderpump Rules. Sandoval's subsequent relationship with Leviss also ended in May 2023. Madix's attorney, Jordan Susman, dismissed Sandoval's claims, labeling them as attempts to evade responsibility for the emotional distress caused by his actions. The pair are also currently involved in a legal dispute over their shared home.
