This development could lead to a new season, contingent on budget approval and scheduling.

Warner Bros. Television plans to negotiate new deals with other main actors whose contracts have expired, including Jason Sudeikis, who plays the titular character and co-created the series, Brendan Hunt, and Juno Temple. Preparations are also underway to open a writers' room for a possible Season 4, with production potentially starting in early 2025.
