SpaceX Reaches Record $210 Billion Valuation in New Tender Offer

SpaceX is set to sell insider shares at $112 each in a tender offer, valuing the company at approximately $210 billion. This price is higher than expected and marks a record valuation for an American private company. The company was previously valued at $180 billion in a December transaction. The new valuation, however, remains lower than the $268 billion valuation of ByteDance Ltd., the parent company of TikTok.

The decision to set the tender offer price at $112 per share is driven by significant investor demand. The size of the tender offer could change based on the level of interest from both insider sellers and buyers. SpaceX, formally known as Space Exploration Technologies Corp., did not immediately respond to requests for comment.
