Sean 'Diddy' Combs' accusers to testify before federal grand jury
Federal investigators are preparing to bring accusers of music mogul Sean "Diddy" Combs before a federal grand jury in New York City, according to sources. This development suggests that the US Justice Department may be moving towards potentially seeking an indictment against Combs. Since November, Combs has been named in eight civil lawsuits, with seven directly accusing him of sexual assault.
The Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) agency confirmed that the investigation remains ongoing but declined to comment on the existence of a grand jury. The majority of the plaintiffs in the civil suits have already been interviewed by federal investigators. The scope of the investigation reportedly includes allegations of sex trafficking, money laundering, and illegal drug activities. This escalation comes as Combs continues to deny all allegations, with one lawsuit filed by former girlfriend Cassie Ventura having been settled.
