Savannah Chrisley Claims Parents Were Targeted for Conservative Views at 2024 RNC
Savannah Chrisley, daughter of Todd and Julie Chrisley, spoke at the 2024 Republican National Convention, alleging that her family has been persecuted by rogue prosecutors in Fulton County, Georgia. She accused the Biden administration of operating a "two-faced justice system" and likened her parents' treatment to that of former President Donald Trump, who has also criticized federal prosecutors for having a political agenda.
Todd and Julie Chrisley were convicted of conspiring to defraud community banks out of over $30 million in fraudulent loans by submitting fake documents. They were sentenced to 12 and seven years in prison, respectively, although these sentences were later reduced. Savannah Chrisley has been vocal about what she describes as poor treatment of her parents in prison and claimed that her outspokenness has led to their worsening conditions. She is currently dating Robert Shiver, a senior vice president at Senior Life Insurance and a former offensive lineman for Auburn University.
