PM Modi To Vote at Nishan School in Ahmedabad Phase 3 Polls

In the third phase of the Lok Sabha elections scheduled for May 7, 2024, Prime Minister Narendra Modi is expected to cast his vote at Nishan Higher Secondary School in Ahmedabad, which serves as a polling station. The Prime Minister's participation is part of a broader campaign by the Election Commission to promote voter turnout through its Systematic Voters' Education and Electoral Participation (SVEEP) initiative. This includes efforts such as the 'Run for Vote' marathon, aimed at encouraging the youth to exercise their voting rights.

In Gujarat, the election will see 25 out of 26 seats go to polls, with the exception of Surat. In Surat, BJP candidate Mukesh Dalal has been declared elected unopposed. Notable figures such as Union Home Minister Amit Shah and Gujarat BJP Chief CR Patil are also set to vote in their respective constituencies. The results of the Lok Sabha elections are slated to be announced on June 4, following the completion of all voting phases across the country.
