The Wilbraham-Hampden Rotary Club will host a "Dine Out Day" at Krazy Jake’s restaurant on July 15. Krazy Jake’s, located at 2537 Boston Road, will donate 10 percent of each customer's meal check to support community services, provided diners present a special voucher to the wait staff. These vouchers are available at the Scantic Valley YMCA, Monson Savings Bank, Park Cleaners, or from any Rotary Club member.

In sports news, the Flyers' Development Camp saw the signing of Jett Luchanko and Egor Zamula to contracts. The signings follow a notable scrimmage at the camp, where three of the Flyers' top prospects were highlighted. Zamula has also agreed to extend his contract with the Flyers for two more years. This marks the second consecutive year Rutgers has begun its recruiting class with a quarterback commit and is the earliest commitment since Greg Schiano's return as head coach. The Rutgers class of 2025 now has 29 commitments, ranking No. 15 nationally and fourth in the Big Ten. The recruiting momentum appears to be extending into the 2026 class.
