Kanye West and Bianca Censori Sued for Toxic Environment and Porn Allegations

Kanye West and his former chief of staff, Milo Yiannopoulos, are facing a lawsuit alleging the creation of a hostile work environment and failure to compensate employees. The lawsuit claims that West, along with his wife, Bianca Censori, and Yiannopoulos, promised to pay employees $120,000 if they agreed to the work conditions and did not complain. The employees, some as young as 14, were allegedly subjected to long hours, racist remarks, and were referred to as "new slaves." The lawsuit also seeks damages for unpaid wages, overtime pay, and emotional distress.

The legal action further accuses Censori of sending sexually explicit videos accessible to minors, adding to the claims of a toxic work environment. The team, which included several Black members and underage teens, was hired to develop an app to promote West's music but was reportedly never compensated for their work. The allegations include the use of non-disclosure agreements and threats of termination to enforce compliance. West has denied all allegations, while the plaintiffs seek justice for the alleged abusive conditions.
