Elon Musk's Unconventional Relationships with SpaceX Female Employees Reported

Elon Musk, CEO of SpaceX and Tesla, has been accused of engaging in sexual relationships with multiple female employees, including a former intern who was later promoted to his executive team. According to a report by The Wall Street Journal, Musk had relationships with a second employee and a third woman, who alleged that Musk asked her several times to have his children. When she refused, she claimed he denied her a raise and criticized her performance.

The report also mentioned allegations of Musk using illegal drugs, including LSD, cocaine, ecstasy, mushrooms, and ketamine, at times with some board members. Additionally, a SpaceX flight attendant alleged that in 2016, Musk exposed himself to her and offered to buy her a horse in exchange for sex acts. SpaceX President Gwynne Shotwell was reported to have accused one of the women of having an affair with her husband and demanded her removal from the company's office.

Shotwell defended SpaceX, stating that the company investigates all harassment complaints and responds appropriately. The allegations are based on interviews with over 48 individuals, including friends, family members of the women, and former employees. SpaceX is currently under investigation by California's civil rights agency amid previous claims of a hostile work environment and a culture of sexual harassment within the company.
