Diddy Selling L.A. Mansion for $70 Million Following Federal Raid

Sean "Diddy" Combs is reportedly selling his Holmby Hills mansion in Los Angeles for approximately $70 million, significantly higher than the $40 million he paid for it in 2014. This decision comes following a federal raid by the Department of Homeland Security in March, part of an investigation into human trafficking and other crimes. The mansion, which spans 17,000 square feet, includes eight bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, a 35-seat theater, a gym, a wine room, and a lagoon-style swimming pool.

Combs has been spending most of his time in Miami and visiting Jackson Hole, Wyoming. The grand jury is currently hearing evidence regarding a potential indictment against him. Despite the luxurious features of the property, sources suggest the mansion may face difficulties selling at the high asking price due to its recent history.
