Comcast to Launch $15 Netflix, Apple TV+, Peacock Bundle

Comcast has announced the launch of its new streaming bundle service, StreamSaver, which will be available exclusively to existing Xfinity Internet and TV customers. The StreamSaver bundle includes Apple TV+, Netflix Basic with ads, and Peacock Premium for $15 per month, representing a significant discount of over 30% compared to subscribing to each service separately. This initiative is part of Comcast's broader strategy to enhance its service offerings and appeal to cost-conscious consumers in an increasingly competitive streaming market.

The announcement was made by Comcast Cable CEO Dave Watson at J.P. Morgan’s 2024 Global Technology, Media and Communications Conference. In addition to the StreamSaver bundle, Comcast will offer a combined package with its Now TV streaming-only service for $30 per month. This service includes access to over 40 live TV channels and integrated FAST channels. The launch follows a trend in the industry where major media companies, such as Disney and Warner Bros. Discovery, are bundling their streaming services to attract and retain subscribers while countering the challenges posed by cord-cutting.
