A FedEx Express Boeing 767 cargo aircraft executed an emergency landing at Istanbul Airport following a malfunction with its front landing gear. The incident occurred during the final approach of the aircraft's flight from Paris to Istanbul. Pilots noticed the issue with the landing gear and managed to land the plane using the rear landing gear before the nose of the aircraft touched down on the runway.

Emergency services, including Airport Rescue and Fire Fighting teams, responded to the scene. All crew members evacuated safely, and there were no injuries reported. As a result of the incident, the affected runway was temporarily closed to air traffic while the aircraft was being removed. This closure did not disrupt other runways at the airport, which continued to operate normally. The 9.5-year-old freighter aircraft, registered as N110FE, has been in service with FedEx Express since December 2014.
