Batman Ninja vs. Yakuza League Teaser and Visuals Released
Warner Bros. Japan has released the first teaser trailer and key visual for Batman Ninja vs. Yakuza League at Anime Expo 2024. This sequel to the 2018 Batman Ninja film will again transport Batman to feudal-era Japan, where he will face twisted versions of his Justice League allies, including Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Flash, and Green Lantern. The film continues to be produced by Kamikaze Douga, with Koichi Yamadera reprising his role as Batman.
Directed by Jumpei Mizusaki and Shinji Takagi, with Kazuki Nakashima as the screenwriter and Takashi Okazaki as the character designer, the movie aims to build on the unique samurai-style aesthetic established in the first film. The music is composed by Yugo Kanno. Warner Bros. Japan has also revealed individual character visuals and a 30-second segment showing Batman and Robin being transported through time. The official release date and additional casting details are yet to be announced.
