Ariana Madix Acquires $1.6M LA Home Amid Sandoval Real Estate Dispute
Ariana Madix, known for her role on "Vanderpump Rules," has purchased a $1.6 million Hollywood Hills home following her split from ex-boyfriend Tom Sandoval. The mid-century modern house, built in 1962 and recently renovated, features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open floor plan, and a private backyard designed for hosting gatherings.
The purchase marks a significant move for Madix, as she has been embroiled in a legal dispute with Sandoval over the $2 million home they bought together in 2019. Despite ending their nearly decade-long relationship due to Sandoval's affair with co-star Rachel Leviss, the two have continued to cohabitate in the property, with Madix seeking a legal resolution to sell the home and divide the proceeds. Sandoval, on the other hand, has expressed a desire to buy out Madix's share of the property.
Madix's lawsuit, filed in January, seeks a "partition by sale" to facilitate the sale of the shared home and equitably allocate the proceeds, accounting for any debt secured by the property and costs of partition. Sandoval has contested the lawsuit, arguing that Madix has not provided sufficient facts to warrant her claims and that the partition should not be granted. As of now, the former couple's real estate dispute remains unresolved.
