Michelle Pfeiffer to Headline 'Yellowstone' Spinoff 'Madison'

Michelle Pfeiffer has been cast as the star and executive producer of "Madison," a spinoff series from Taylor Sheridan's "Yellowstone" universe. The series, previously titled "2024," will follow a New York City family in the Madison River valley of central Montana and is described as a "heartfelt study of grief and human connection." Paramount Global co-CEO Chris McCarthy praised Pfeiffer for her emotional depth and authenticity. The show is produced by MTV Entertainment Studios, 101 Studios, and Bosque Ranch Productions.

"Madison" will feature other notable cast members, including Patrick J. Adams and Kurt Russell. The announcement comes as "Yellowstone" prepares to air its final episodes on November 10 on Paramount+. This series will serve as the first present-day spinoff for "Yellowstone," which has seen previous spinoffs like "1883" and "1923." It remains unclear whether any main cast members from "Yellowstone" will transition to the new series.
