Lollipop Chainsaw RePOP Remake Gets Early September 12 Release

Dragami Games has announced that the release date for Lollipop Chainsaw RePOP in the Americas and Europe has been moved up to September 12, 2024, from its originally planned date of September 26. The game will be available for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam, priced at $44.99 USD. The release date for Japan and other Asian markets remains unchanged at September 26, 2024.

Lollipop Chainsaw RePOP is described as the definitive version of the original 2012 game, focusing on quality-of-life improvements and additional gameplay content. The game will support 4K resolution and 60 FPS on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Steam, with the Switch version offering full HD resolution and 30 FPS. New features include four new chainsaws, 30 costumes, four hair colors, and an expansion for Juliet's room. A physical release is confirmed for October, including a special collector’s edition named the Cheerleader Edition.
